Important elements of this amalgamation include, dominant portico, battered limestone piers, extremely decorative leadlights, stuccoed gables and elaborate interior joinery and ceiling details.

A magnificent wisteria, approximately 80 years old, grows over the front balustrade.

The main Egoline Homestead was built in 1917 of local stone, with brick quoining and a corrugated iron roof in a half gable shape. Features of this roof include brick chimneys ad timber finials. 
Inside are pressed tin ceilings in all rooms, with polished wooden floor boards, open fireplaces and French doors from all rooms onto the verandahs.

Egoline is one of the oldest properties in the area.Original cottage was built in 1851, is of brick with mud as mortar and is still quite solid.

Campbell who managed a tin mine in Queesland. Campbell built the house for his parents and siblings.

This former bank building is 'Federation Filigree' style, was built in 1894 for merchant Francis Pearse, owner and occupier of Pearse House [Place No. 25].
Shire of Irwin
This large house has a hipped corrugated iron roof with a separate hip covering the main front room. A separate verandah roof is supported on timber posts with a decorative metal lacework frieze.
The stone work is painted with rendered quoining to openings and corners. Window openings to the main front room and under the verandah are arched with double hung timber framed windows.

A window to the west side features bars to the original strong room of the bank. The original stone corbelled chimneys have been removed and replaced with plain brick chimneys.
